Evelyn's opened November 9, 2004. On this page, you can watch the transformation of the building from its original state to the fine restaurant it has now become. Scroll down to view all pictures and captions. Enjoy. 
Downtown Superior Looking North 
The building, on the far right, now known as Evelyn's, as it appeared somewhere around 1900. Notice dirt streets, no vehicles, only horse-drawn carriages, and Evelyn's was then a single story building. Evelyn's as it appeared when it was purchased in May 2004 
Demolition of interior begins 
New construction begins to transform the building

The booths are set in place. Each booth has two Stained Glass panels. As shown here, most did not survive the trip and needed to be replaced. Some of the furniture had damage, as well.
